Bus Rapid Transit Meeting in Berkeley: Planning Commission

The Bicycle-Friendly Berkeley Coalition is working with staff at AC Transit and the City of Berkeley to ensure that Bus Rapid Transit works for bicyclists, both as a bike-friendly transit service and as part of likely Telegraph Avenue roadway reconfigurations, which we are insisting include bike lanes.

At these meetings, changes to the draft Locally Preferred Alternative (LPA) recommended by the Planning Commission at the 12-9-09 meeting will be discussed. The Planning Commission should make a recommendation on the draft LPA to the City Council.
